Just In: Shane Lowry to Replace Justin Thomas in The Skins Game

The Skins Game just added another Ryder Cupper.

Shane Lowry will now join Xander Schauffele, Tommy Fleetwood, and Keegan Bradley on November 28 after Justin Thomas announced on Friday that he’d be out for the foreseeable future after undergoing a microdiscectomy.

While I’m bummed about the JT news—easily one of the most-fun players to watch on the PGA TOUR—relaxing with a Ryder Cup rematch while recovering from a turkey hangover sounds like the perfect way to spend a Friday.

This will be the first Skins Game since 2008 and will be held at Panther National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, a golf course co-designed by Thomas and Jack Nicklaus. All coverage will be available on Prime Video on Black Friday.
