Malbon and Jimmy Choo Ran It Back With a 2.0 Capsule

They've done it again. Malbon and luxury accessories brand Jimmy Choo released the second iteration of their high-end, runway to fairway collaboration and it has the people talking. In a moment where society and the greater fashion ecosystem are embracing the minimal, "less is more" mentality—Malbon and JC take a different approach embracing the excess. It's flashy, it's glam, and everything you'd expect from two brands that bring opulence to their markets.

Fashion and sports have always been synonymous, but for golf there's this new wave of injecting flair and sense of style into your game. What's New

The Malbon X Jimmy Choo 2.0 capsule is a build on what we saw from them a year ago. The first drop was a series of luxe accessories true to the JC branding, with the chic, golf performance wear that Malbon's known for. From bucket hats to slides, to a bag marketed at $4k—this drop was the first of its kind in our golf sphere. It felt like a physical manifestation of the celebrification golf is undergoing.

Golfers know Malbon, and street fashion lovers know Jimmy Choo—it's a match made in heaven.

Part two introduces new colors and design details across the range. There's a refreshed look to the Jimmy Choo monogrammed jacquard in decorated in the new “Malbon Green” and “Malbon Pink”.

Making a return is the beloved footwear. The JC/Malbon diamond-soled, sneaker-like golf shoe (available for men and women) dawns a new look with a removable kiltie. The JC/Malbon Unisex Slide has also returned in a newly offered Latte/Malbon Green colorway and updated monogram.

"Leaning into the idea of how luxury fashion interacts with golf. The playfulness of both brands shows up in the updates to colors and patterns in both the on course shoe and slip on. We have also introduced new bag styles and accessories for the most stylish people on and off the course.”

This capsule feels a bit like a status symbol flex. Sure you can wear it on the course, but you're probably more compelled to wear it in the streets of Tokyo or Milan.
