The TOUR Championship was the Most-Watched Non-Major this Season

Tommy Fleetwood earned a lot of fans over the last few months of the PGA TOUR season. Heartbreak after heartbreak, the Englishman kept fighting. And the TV numbers from over the weekend reflected that.

The TOUR Championship produced the most-watched Sunday of any non-major championship this year, the perfect result for the folks down in Ponte Vedra.

Names like Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy can carry ratings, but stories like Fleetwood’s can do the very same. A dream finish to the season for both Tommy and the TOUR.

In a few weeks, the TOUR will be back in action in Napa, California, for the Procore Championship at Silverado Resort. Most of Team USA is expected to tee it up—minus Bryson DeChambeau.

Then, it’ll be time for the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black. Just a reminder: Keegan Bradley will make his six captain’s picks on Wednesday. In the meantime, here are my predictions for who will fill out the roster.
