Grab a Transfusion, Water Hazard, or Bloody Mary because the Tito’s Shorties Classic returns on November 29 for its fourth installment!
The legendary Butler Pitch & Putt in Austin, Texas, will once again welcome Keith Mitchell as he returns for his third Shorties appearance. He will be joined by a few of his PGA TOUR buddies and an LPGA superstar in a ten-hole charity event slated for the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Rounding out the foursome, alongside Mitchell will be Ben Griffin, Jake Knapp, and Charley Hull. Cashmere Keith is a Tito’s Shorties vet, Griffin is fresh off a Ryder Cup appearance, Hull isn’t afraid to talk that talk, and Knapp is one of the coolest customers in the game. All four players should shine in this format.
While there will be no shortage of birdies and trash talk, giving back to great causes will take center stage. Tito’s will make donations of $250,000 (first place), $125,000 (second place), $75,000 (third place), and $50,000 (fourth place) to the charities of the players’ choosing
If you live in the Austin area, come hang! The Tito’s Shorties Classic will be open to the public 21+, and tickets are available for purchase, here. If you can’t make it, no worries. There will be a filmed version of the event slated for a January release.

As for the format, Mitchell, Griffin, Knapp, and Hull will duke it out in a modified stableford match. For holes 1-9, a par will be worth 1 point, a birdie 2 points, and a hole-in-one 5 points. A cross-country 10th hole will give one competitor the chance to claim the Tito’s Shorties Classic belt, with doubled point values.
We’ll see you there.
