We’re so agonizingly close to the Masters that I’m sure these next two weeks will feel more like two months, but at least we’ll have some good golf to enjoy while we pass the time, starting with the Texas Children’s Houston Open.

As players prepare for the first major championship of the year, Houston and Memorial Park Golf Course have become a popular final tune-up. As a result, plenty of stars have made their way to the Lone Star State for the first of two back-to-back events in Texas.

Scottie Scheffler was in the field, but he WD'd on Tuesday as he and Meredith are set to welcome their second child. So, highlighting the field will now be defending champion Min Woo Lee, Brooks Koepka, Chris Gotterup, Sam Burns, Jake Knapp, Shane Lowry, Will Zalatoris, and Tony Finau, among others.

Come Sunday, the winner will go home with $1.782 million of the $9.9 million purse and 500 FedExCup points. As for the golf course, Memorial Park is a par 70 that measures 7,475 yards on the scorecard.

If you’re planning on watching the Texas Children’s Houston Open this week, here’s all the information you need.
