Since their inception, Toulon Putters have always been about evolution. Evolution in looks, finishes, shaping, feel, and even graphics - which although is a minor detail when it comes to putter design plays a huge factor in player perception.
The 2025 line encompasses ten total models—7 of which are mallets and 3 blades (many of the mallets come in various neck configurations to further expand fitting options).
The philosophy from the start of the design process was soft, founder Sean Toulon said.
The design theme as we worked on creating the whole line was soft - more refined, attention to detail on every edge and every radius, and especially the face milling which we like to call 'Deep Tuna Milling.' These details are found in every model.
With the 2025 line of putters, Toulon has gone to a softer grade of metal 304 vs the previous 303 stainless steel. Although it's only a “1” digit difference (that's a joke), what actually makes it different is 304 has a higher percentage of nickel and chromium compared to 303, making it stronger yet softer—is perfect for putter making,
The all-new milling pattern on the face, which as previously mentioned is being called "Deep Tuna Milling," helps to reduce ball contact on the face to lower impact frequency. This in turn, produces a soft and stable feel to help players calibrate for distance control.
Before getting into the exact models let's break down some Toulon design language when it comes to hosel configuration for any rookies.
