Students Golf Finally Steps Onto the Course
A performance-driven essentials line built from the ground up, marking a new chapter for the brand.
Students Golf’s long-awaited "Course Studies" collection didn’t just happen; it’s been in the works for years. When founder Michael Huynh and I first talked about these pieces in Paris nearly two years ago, he spoke about building “real golf clothes” with the same conviction he puts into storytelling and culture. Since then, the Students Golf team has obsessed over every stitch, every cut, every little function that actually matters when you’re standing over a shot.
Course Studies is their first proper entry into technical golfwear. Polos, popovers, outerwear, q-zips, shorts, pants, all designed from the ground up for performance. It’s a shift, but it still feels unmistakably Students: expressive, intentional, and rooted in streetwear. The brand that once made lifestyle staples now introduces TerraLuxe, a proprietary fabric with a structured, breathable hand and a matte, earthy finish that feels worlds away from the shiny polyester era. It’s the bridge between style and purpose.
Michael joked that his friends have been chirping at him for years: "Brother, make some clothes we can golf in!”
He finally did, and Course Studies is the moment the brand steps confidently onto the course without losing its soul.
