The Ryder Cup always brings energy, but this year? It feels like the footwear alone is matching the intensity. Both Team USA and Team Europe came armed with custom colorways that made every step as loud as the cheers around the course.
From America’s side, it was a full mix. We saw everything from heritage saddle shoes reimagined in stars and stripes to Puma and Nike trainers dipped in red, white, and blue gradients. Some leaned vintage, retro runners straight out of a track catalog, while others looked like they were pulled from the future of performance golf.
Europe wasn’t sitting quietly either. Payntr cooked up crisp white builds stamped with EU stars, Puma splashed gold on the heels, and Nike rolled out minimal but powerful blue-accented pairs that played more subtle but still demanded attention.
It’s rare that the shoes get as much spotlight as the swings, but that’s the Ryder Cup for you. High stakes, high energy, and now, high style.
