Let’s Rank Every Masters Champions Dinner Menu Since 2020

We'd polish off all this food, but some dinners are better than others.

The moment we've all been waiting for came on Wednesday: Rory McIlroy's Masters Champions Dinner menu. For non-golfers, this wasn't a story. But for us on Golf Twitter, it's one of the biggest posts of the year.

The Northern Irishman snapped with his choices, and because he has to foot the bill, it's going to be an expensive night—well worth it, if I had to guess.

But it also gave us an idea: let’s revisit every Masters Champions Dinner menu since 2020 and rank 'em. Keep this in mind: All these meals sound fantastic, so it's a little like ranking your children.

7. Dustin Johnson (2021)

It killed me to put this at No. 6, but it had to be done. He almost saved it with the desert option—peach cobbler and apple pie with vanilla ice cream is as elite as it gets—but the rest of the menu reminds me of a wedding. Just not good enough.

6. Tiger Woods (2020)

I didn’t want to do this. I didn’t want to put the GOAT’s meal here. But I had to. Every item is good, I have no complaints there. But it’s just not enough. I need more, Tiger.

5. Jon Rahm (2024)

I’ll be the first to admit I don’t know what any of these words mean. But it does sound delicious. I wanted to put this higher, but the other three menus are just too good.

4. Scottie Scheffler (2023)

Scheffler’s 2025 and 2023 menus are nearly identical, but the ‘25 menu has a few more options so it has to rank above this one. But Scottie really knows how to throw a great dinner.

3. Rory McIlroy (2026)

When this dropped, I admittedly said that I haven't tried much on this menu—it's probably because I can't afford it. But I know a gourmet dinner when I see it. Rory brought the heat, and even included the wine he'll be pouring for his fellow Masters champions. Classy stuff from the Northern Irishman.

2. Scottie Scheffler (2025)

Like I said before, this is close to his 2023 menu, plus a little more. This lineup is right up my alley and I'd be going back for seconds (maybe thirds).

1. Hideki Matsuyama (2022)

I’m not a huge sushi guy, but I know a five-star dinner when I see one. This is perfection. I remember when this was posted on Twitter, it went into a frenzy. This is a perfect lineup to celebrate a Masters win.

*Also new this year, the Masters adds another screen to the mix. Prime Video will handle the early window for the first two rounds of the tournament, Thursday April 9 and Friday April 10 (1–3 p.m. ET), before coverage moves to ESPN through 7:30 p.m. Come the weekend, it’s back to the usual split: Paramount+ from 12–2 p.m., then CBS to close.
