Tiger Woods has yet to make an official announcement on his status for the Masters—there have been plenty of hints from the five-time Green Jacket winner, but nothing concrete. But that might have changed on Thursday. (But probably not.)

On the Masters website, Tiger isn’t listed as one of the past champions not participating, and his bio reads, “Tiger Woods is making his 27th start in the Masters in 2026.”

This is pure speculation—we’ll wait for something official before we get too excited about watching the GOAT play in the best tournament in golf again—but definitely something (the thing?) to keep an eye on as the first major of the season draws closer.
