On October 7, the first 17 players of the 20-man field for the Hero World Challenge were announced. Tiger Woods’ name was missing, giving fans a little hope that he might be added eventually. However, on October 11, Tiger announced that he had yet another back surgery, killing the dream that we might see him play in the Bahamas come December.
Now, three weeks later, we have the full field for the Hero World Challenge, which is slated for December 4-7.
Filling the last three spots are Jordan Spieth, Billy Horschel, and Akshay Bhatia.
Here’s a look at all 20 players teeing it up at Albany.
