Big news for city-dwelling (and visiting) golf fans. Skratch (that's us) is debuting the first-ever Skratch Clubhouse, a fully immersive fan experience created for golf lovers. While the golf world turns its attention to Long Island, New York for the biennial showdown between the Americans and Europeans, Pro Shop is bringing the excitement to Manhattan’s Lawn Club, blending the editorial voice of Skratch with an interactive mix of live content, commerce, food & beverage, and golf-inspired entertainment.

The event kicks off hosted by leading golf content creator, Roger Steele. From there, guests can enjoy the action alongside hands-on simulator and putting challenges, live podcast tapings, and special appearances from golf personalities. The Skratch Clubhouse will also spotlight a curated marketplace of top independent golf and lifestyle brands, including Sugarloaf Social Club, Good Good, J.Lindeberg, Reigning Champ, Jones, Bogner, and Students. Together they’ll deliver unique drops, customizable goods, and interactive retail experiences, never seen before in one single space.

The Grandstand

Supported by Bushmills Irish Whiskey and Maestro Dobel Tequila, The Grandstand features more than 80 screens across the venue, and will feature craft Proximo cocktails, food offerings, VIP booths for private seating, and influencer-hosted meet-ups.

The Lawns

Guests can test their skills in U.S. vs. Europe putting challenges, and on an Evenplay golf simulator with cash and product prizes. Additional attractions include a 2K PGA TOUR Gaming Hub with Bethpage Black, a claw machine with unique prizes, Golden Tee, and a Hyperice recovery station showcasing the latest gear including Normatec and Zero Gravity Chairs.

Creator Alley

A golf-inspired creator studio with live podcast tapings, golf influencers and creator meet and greets, and special photo moments for guests to capture the unique and fun experience of their day at the Clubhouse. Creator Alley will feature live content from Course Café, hosted by Raymond Williams, a women’s golf fashion panel, and more.

Pro Shop Marketplace

A curated shopping experience spotlighting leading and emerging golf and lifestyle brands. Attendees can explore unique drops and acquire custom goods from Good Good, Reigning Champ, J.Lindeberg, Sugarloaf Social Club, Students, Jones, Public Drip, Bogner, Dimple & Divot, Dormie Workshop, Solo, and Fore All.

ELIGIBILITY: The Skratch Clubhouse Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia age eighteen (18) years or older who attend the Skratch Clubhouse (“Event”) on September 26, 2025 at the Lawn Club in New York, NY. Attendance at the Event is free. The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees, directors, and officers of Pro Shop Holdings, Inc. (“Sponsor”), any prize sponsors (collectively, “Prize Sponsor” or “Prize Sponsors”), or any of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) and those living in the same households (whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three (3) months during the twelve (12) month period preceding the start date of the Giveaway) as any such person.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway entry period will begin at Event check-in when the doors open at 7:30:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 26, 2025, and ends once the first one hundred (100) eligible attendees have checked in and placed their entry forms into the designated container, or at 10:45:00 a.m. ET on September 26, 2025, whichever comes first (“Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway drawing will take place at or around 11:00:00 a.m. ET on September 26, 2025, at the Event.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. When you check in at the Event during the Giveaway Period, if you are one of the first one hundred (100) eligible attendees, you will receive an entry form to complete with your name, mobile telephone number and e-mail address. Enter the Giveaway by placing your completed entry form into the designated container. Limit one Giveaway entry per person/e-mail address. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. The use of multiple e-mail addresses or other methods to create additional registrations/entries for a single individual is prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Giveaway in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Illegible or incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.

PRIZES AND SELECTION OF WINNERS: Following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, at or around 11:00 a.m. ET on September 26, 2025, Sponsor will select five (5) winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. One (1) winner will be selected for each available prize. Winners may not choose their prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One (1) winner will receive a BOGNER® golf bag, approximate retail value $400. One (1) winner will receive a Jones golf bag, approximate retail value $300. One winner will receive a J. Lindeberg golf bag, approximate retail value $300. One (1) winner will receive a REIGNING CHAMP® shirt and hat, approximate retail value $250. One (1) winner will receive a Hypervolt 2 massage gun, approximate retail value $230. Two (2) winners will receive a Good Good a custom Good Good x Callaway Jaws Raw 56-degree RH wedge, approximate retail value $300. Solo will give away a hooded vest and our new Merino pullover. Package would be worth $450. Total ARV of all prizes is $2230.

Colors, styles, sizes, types, designs, and other details of golf bags, clothing and other merchandise prizes are in Sponsor’s sole discretion and are subject to availability. No cash in lieu of prize or substitution of prize or any prize component, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component for another item of comparable or greater value if a stated prize or prize component becomes unavailable for any reason, in its sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. If a winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Any local, state, or federal taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one prize per person/e-mail address.

CONFIRMATION OF WINNERS AND PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The names of the potential winners will be announced immediately following the drawing at the Event. You do not need to be present to win. If a potential winner is present at the Event when his or her name is announced, that potential winner may claim the prize onsite by completing and returning a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and that winner may take the prize with them as they leave the Event. For any potential winners who are not present at the Event when the potential winners are announced, Sponsor will notify those potential winners via e-mail at the e-mail address provided in the Event registration within five (5) days of the drawing. Such potential winners must sign and return via e-mail a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days from the notification date to formally claim the prize. If a prize notice is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner fails to properly claim the prize by returning the signed documents by the deadline specified, or if a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if a potential winner declines the prize, then the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another potential winner will be selected at random from among remaining eligible entries and notified in accordance with these Official Rules. If Sponsor is unable to confirm a winner for a particular prize after five (5) attempts, Sponsor may allow the prize to remain unawarded, as determined in its sole discretion. Confirmed winners may pick up their prizes at Sponsor’s offices located at 2 Rector Street, Suite 10C, New York, New York 10006 during regular business hours, or, if a potential winner resides outside the New York City area, Sponsor will arrange for shipping of the prize to the mailing address provided in the confirmation documents within four to six weeks following confirmation. Returned prizes will not be awarded. To obtain a winners’ list by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Pro Shop, Attn: David Miller, 2 PGA TOUR Blvd., Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082 and reference: Skratch Clubhouse Giveaway Winners List. Requests must be made between September 26, 2025, and October 15, 2025. Requests received outside of this period will not be processed. Allow six to eight weeks from the close of the Giveaway for receipt of list.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account provided in the Event registration associated with the entry. The "account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address or service by the organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder for the e-mail associated with the winning registration/entry. Any attempt by an entrant or anyone else to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any such entrant and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries, or to modify, cancel, or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the Giveaway. In any such event, Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from among all eligible registrants/entrants prior to the occurrence requiring such action. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prizes.

RELEASES: All participants (a) agree that the Promotion Parties, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be indemnified and held harmless by participants against any liability for, any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including, without limitation, death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of prize (and/or any prize components), or participation in this Giveaway or Giveaway-related activities and (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in law or in fact, relative to the prize (and/or any prize components), including but not limited to, their quality, merchantability or fitness for the intended purpose. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for network, hardware, software, telephone, cable or other technical failures; or for incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible, garbled or lost e-mail or mail communications. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway. By entering the Giveaway, you agree that Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, may use your name, hometown, likeness/photograph and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without limitation and without further consideration if you are a winner, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

FORUM SELECTION: This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Each entrant knowingly and voluntarily intends and agrees that (i) the mandatory, exclusive venue for any action in any way related to or arising out of this Giveaway or prizes awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and shall be in the state and federal courts in and for New York County, New York; and (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering any Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees. Each entrant hereby knowingly and voluntarily waives any and all objections to venue and personal jurisdiction in the foregoing, and submit themselves thereto. Each entrant hereby waives any right it may have to assert the doctrine of forum non conveniens or similar doctrine or to object to venue with respect to any proceeding brought in accordance with this paragraph, and stipulates that the aforementioned courts shall have in personam jurisdiction and venue over them for the purpose of litigating any dispute, controversy, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Giveaway.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Each party agrees that an arbitrator, judge, magistrate or other similar authority may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding, and that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
