Neal Shipley was a breakout star of Full Swing, and now he gets to showcase his fun personality on the biggest stage in the sport. After a couple wins on the Korn Ferry Tour this season, the 87th-ranked player in the world has secured a PGA TOUR card for the 2026 season.
The 24-year-old from Pittsburgh made two starts on the TOUR this year, tying for 47th at the Valspar Championship and missing the cut at the Charles Schwab Challenge. And despite missing eight cuts on the KFT, he also had five other top-10 finishes outside of his Ws.
I’m going to go out on a limb and say he’ll quickly become a fan-favorite once he gets out on TOUR. The kid brings the juice.
And if you want to watch some Shipley content, Skratch’s Dan Rapaport looped for him during our “On The Bag” series not too long ago. You can enjoy the nine-hole video below.
