Kay Adams at The PLAYERS Has Been a Massive W

Wyndham Clark just admitted to being a "rolling stone"...at least as it pertains to his drivers!

In his pre-tournament interview with Kay Adams on her popular live show Up & Adams, Clark was asked about his borderline obsessive equipments changes, to which he responded with, "Sometimes it's nice to have a week-long girlfriend... I haven't found the right one." Uhhh lol???

He continued with, "when you find the right one, you lock it down. We're still talking about drivers, right?"

And you know what...no I don't think we are still talking about drivers but that's okay! I'll admit, I'm not checking for each and every interview or presser of his, but this was a tiny glimpse into Clark's witty personality and I'm here for it.

Adams is usually spending her weeks chatting with NFL stars like Joe Burrow, Josh Allen, and Patrick but this week, golf fans are getting a glimpse of her in action, and seeing her ability to pull out these lighthearted moments from the most elite athletes in the world.

She was also joined by 2026 season golden boy Chris Gotterup and Xander Schauffele.

What Adams is able to do so well is provide a very relaxed, laid back interview environment for these athletes, she often meets them exactly where they are (i.e. in the middle of the player practice facilities) and she has a natural charisma that makes her relatable and approachable.

Her questions don't allow room for stagnant answers, and she's asking what we're all thinking.

She'll also be joined with an all-star line up for the rest of the week at PLAYERS, including Max Homa, Shane Lowry, Jordan Spieth, Ludvig Åberg, and Tony Finau.
