Bryson DeChambeau has turned himself into one of the most popular players in the sport.
He’s become the face of LIV Golf, he’s totally leaned into YouTube golf and has amassed a subscriber count of over two million, and he’s done an incredible job of interacting with the fans at every tournament he pegs it at.
Gotta give credit where credit is due.
He’s the defending champion this week at Oakmont Country Club, and on top of being asked what it’s like to be at another U.S. Open, Bryson was also posed a question regarding his contract situation with LIV.

“Yeah, next year is when it ends,” DeChambeau said Tuesday during his pre-tournament press conference. “We're looking to negotiate end of this year, and I'm very excited. They see the value in me. I see the value in what they can provide, and I believe we'll come to some sort of resolution on that. Super excited for the future.”
It sure sounds like he’s not going anywhere.
Over the next several months, there will be plenty of rumors centered around the possible return of LIV members to the PGA TOUR. But it doesn’t seem like The Big Golfer wants to play anywhere else.
“I know what LIV brings to the table," DeChambeau said. "And I'm excited for the future of what golf is going to be."
