HOUSTON, Texas — The first few days of the Chevron Championship has had a few dark clouds looming over it...literally.
Our first full day on site was a wet one, play was suspended twice due to storms in the area and much of the golf course is pretty saturated still.

But fear not golf fans, the future of the first LPGA major of the season is a brighter and drier one (we hope). The worst of the forecast is behind us, final preparations are now complete, and the stage has been set.
The first and second round tee times for the 2026 Chevron Championship are here—and some of these groupings are really, really fun!

Of course everyone's eyes are drawn to the featured group of former champions in Mao Saigo (the defending champion), Nelly Korda (the 2024 champion), and Lilia Vu (the 2023 champion).
But we also have our eyes on Hannah Green and Hyo Joo Kim, the only repeat winners this season, who are also paired with Charley Hull.
The first groups will tee off a little after 7 a.m. local time and TV coverage begins on the Golf Channel at 11 a.m. eastern.
