The golf industry is full of swing hacks and quick fixes. Most don’t last. The ones that do almost always trace back to fundamentals to incrementally work on sequencing, balance, and tempo.
That’s why the best player in the world, Scottie Scheffler, still warms up with a $5 training grip on a 7-iron. Locking in the basics is what leads to long-term consistency.

Another tool that leans into that same philosophy is the GForce trainer. It’s been around long enough to feel like “old news” in a world obsessed with the next breakthrough, but that’s kind of the point. It reinforces sequencing and tempo...and those never go out of style.
It's hard to see a great golf swing and not think "Wow, nice tempo!" when what you're actually witnessing is a golfer with solid kinematic sequencing.
The GForce works by utilizing a super flexible shaft to ingrain the correct mechanics to help a golfer swing in sequence and deliver the club more effectively into impact. When used correctly, the GForce training club naturally feels like it loads and unloads into impact, so golfers can feel a properly sequenced swing.
When swung incorrectly, the club and the shaft will feel excessively whippy and unbalanced, and because of the weight, pull you off balance.
It's not only a great tool to help drill down on feel, but it's also a great warm-up tool to get your body moving before a round of golf.
To be clear, I was sent the G Force 7-iron NXT-GEN for testing at no cost. I've loved using it, but the second part of this story is that I've owned and used the original GForce driver for years, probably close to half a decade now. It has been a staple in my warm-up routine.

Don't believe me... here's a (poorly shot) video where it makes an appearance in my garage many years ago:
The G orce is the perfect example of a training aid that is easy to use, doesn't require setup, flat-out works, and can be used by golfers of all skill levels and swing speeds. Plus, along with the training aid, you also get free access to a whole library of videos to help you through various detailed training protocols to improve certain areas of your swing. The best part is it's just over $100.
