When most people think of Mizuno, there is a very good chance that irons, wedges, and drivers come to mind in that order, but what many golfers don't realize is that they're a full bag company. This means they produce everything from golf balls, all the way to woods, bags, gloves, and even outerwear and shoes, with availability based on your location around the globe.
But one more club category that they've worked on for years, and continue to perfect, is their line of putters, with the newest M-Craft line delivering some of the most customizable and versatile models on the market.
For the M-Craft putter line, Mizuno designers focused on blending manufacturing craftsmanship with more expansive fitting options to create a collection of putters to help golfers gain more control on the greens.
The line offers a total of nine putters comprised of a combination of three neck and three body styles, on top of two sole weight configurations for an even more precise personalization.
As for the grip and the headcover, a cool acknowledgement of Mizuno’s heritage is the modern 1906 mosaic pattern featured on both—a nod to the year Mizuno was founded.
It's this attention to deatil and focus on fitting that helps to make these stand out, and why I think they deserve serious consideration if you're in the market for a new putter.
