So, What Was Charlie Woods Wearing at TPC Sawgrass?

The Florida State commit and newest TaylorMade athlete was spotted in Peter Millar during a nine hole prep round at TPC Sawgrass.

Just something I caught while watching Charlie Woods play nine holes at TPC Sawgrass ahead of the Junior PLAYERS Championship earlier this month. The recently announced TaylorMade athlete and 2027 Florida State commit was wearing Peter Millar, specifically the brand’s Empire Performance Jersey Polo and Bingham Performance Short.

The 17-year-old tied for 8th at the AJGA Junior-Am event but TaylorMade gave us a behind-the-scenes look at Woods' back-nine practice round. Taylormade's player development tour rep Manny Girona was on Woods' bag en-route to an impressive (and entertaining) 1-under finish.

Apparel-wise, nothing earth shattering here, but it is interesting. His dad obviously has Sun Day Red, and Florida State is a Nike school, yet Charlie seems pretty comfortable doing his own thing right now. Different brands, different looks, whatever works. Love to see it.
