When golf and Formula One collide, I feel divinely compelled to talk about it. Even more so when fashion is involved.
So when I saw that F1's rising it boy Lando Norris was teeing it up in this week's BMW Championship pro am—well, now you know why we're here.
Fresh off a podium finish in Monza, Italy—McLaren's golden boy along with team CEO Zak Brown are hitting the fairways while there's a small gap in the racing schedule. And despite being a Ferrari fan, I'll give credit where credit is due, and Brown looks cool AF in this picture posted by the tournament.
No stranger to the game, Norris knows a thing or two about on course apparel. His brand, Quadrant, released a golf-inspired capsule last summer quipped with tees, hoodies, and rugby polos. Which was pretty reflective of Norris' style.
When he's in the paddock, he's London boy chic. Baggy jeans, opting for either an oversized, chunky knit or a sexy, leather motor jacket.
And it's no surprise that he showed up to the pro am wearing J.Lindeberg, adidas, and Nike, head-to-toe. All contemporary brands that embrace where streetwear and performance meet in both Nike and adidas, while J.Lindeberg seamlessly prioritizes tailoring and European silhouettes.
Making rain gear look like a normal fit you'd wear to the pub is a skill, and Norris nailed it.
What stands out about this rain jacket is the glorious two-toned design that feels on par with European streetwear. Think trail and hiking gear but could also be shown during Copenhagen Fashion Week. All I'm saying is that this is equal parts cool and stylish—what more could you ask for?

BUY NOWI have to hand it to the championship contending driver, he knows ball. These Victory Tour kicks are too good. The taupe-y, rose gold accents shoes to go with the soft, neutral hues of the jacket was a good touch.
