Folks, we’re just days away from The Open at Royal Portrush. I don’t know how we’ve already reached the final men’s major championship of the year, but here we are.
When The Open was last staged at this Northern Ireland gem, Shane Lowry grabbed the Claret Jug and was named the Champion Golfer of the Year. When he visited the course a few weeks ago, he was welcomed by an incredible mural. You gotta check this out:
Anyway, one of the most crucial parts of Open week is the weather forecast. This championship, in particular, is impacted so much by the weather. And it looks like the guys will have to deal with some rain on all four tournament days.
