On Tap: The PNC Championship

Golf’s silly season comes to a close this weekend with the always-fun PNC Championship. Major champions and a family member will litter the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club in Orlando, Florida, as quality time and good vibes take center stage.

Although Tiger and Charlie are missing from this edition, there are plenty of other big names who are worth tuning in for. Annika Sorenstam and her son, Will, are back, so are Nelly Korda and her dad, Petr, and Bernhard Langer and Jason, who beat Team Woods in a playoff a year ago.

Once the action gets underway on Saturday, the format will be a two-person scramble, so expect some low, low scores.

With real golf on the not-so-distant horizon, take some time this weekend to kick your feet back and enjoy a little laid-back 36 holes.
