The PGA TOUR is across the pond this week for the Genesis Scottish Open at The Renaissance Club, an appetizer for the year’s final men’s major championship at Royal Portrush.
But before we crown the Champion Golfer of the Year, the field in North Berwick, Scotland, is stacked. Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa, Ludvig Aberg, Tommy Fleetwood, Justin Thomas, Viktor Hovland, defending champion Robert MacIntyre.
So, yeah, my alarm will be set disturbingly early Thursday morning. I’m not missing a thing.
The Renaissance Club is a par-70 track that measures 7,282 yards.
If you’re like me and planning on watching all the coffee golf this week, here’s all the info you need.
Remember, there's a five-hour difference this week. So, a 7 a.m. tee time in Scotland is 2 a.m. on the East Coast.
