RBC Canadian Open Winner Ryan Fox Details His Unique Journey to the PGA TOUR

Ryan Fox is such an easy guy to root for. His golf swing is as unique as it gets in pro golf, and he owns it. And at last week’s RBC Canadian Open, he used that one-of-a-kind move to capture his second win in less than a month—Myrtle Beach Classic (also in a playoff)—and is now up to 32nd in the Official World Golf Ranking and 25th in the FedEx Cup.

The highlight of his week came on the final playoff hole, where he flushed a fairway wood and stuffed it to just a few feet for eagle. After he poured in the winning putt, he called it one of the best shots of his life.

After signing his card and getting some hardware, Fox stopped by to have a chat with Skratch’s very own Dan Rapaport and detailed his journey to pro golf. You have to hear this to believe it.
