From Now On, We Need All Player-Caddie Convos at Sawgrass' 17th to be Mic'd-Up

Player-caddie conversations are one of the best parts of any broadcast—when the announcers know when to get out of the way.

And based on this preview for “Chasing Sunday” from the PGA TOUR and NFL Films, we’re about to get a lot more of it.

In the teaser, Akshay Bhatia and his caddie Joe Greiner go back-and-forth for nearly two minutes on club selection at the par-3 17th at TPC Sawgrass.

And honestly? Every second is worth it.

The Island Green—especially with wind—is one of the most uncomfortable shots in golf. Of course it took that long to pull a club.

From a fan perspective: give us more of this.

“Chasing Sunday,” filmed during THE PLAYERS, will feature Bhatia, Rickie Fowler, Chris Gotterup, and Si Woo Kim. It goes live at 9 p.m. ET on the TOUR and NFL Films' YouTube channels.
