Man, the top of the leaderboard through two rounds of the Memorial Tournament is star-studded. Nick Taylor and Ben Griffin are tied for the lead at 7-under, but names like Akshay Bhatia, Scottie Scheffler, Sam Burns, Shane Lowry, Jordan Spieth, Xander Schauffele, and Collin Morikawa are all inside the top-10 and in prime position to make a charge on Moving Day.
This weekend is going to be fun.
But while there’s plenty of big names in contention, there are also a few heading home a couple days early.

Sahith Theegala (74-77, 7-over)
This season hasn’t been too kind to Sahith Theegala. He’s made a bunch of cuts (13-of-14 entering this week), but has only finished inside the top-20 twice. This is his second MC of the year.
Daniel Berger (81-72, 9-over)
Berger has played some great golf this year with nine top-25 finishes in his previous 14 starts this season. However, this is his second straight missed cut.
J.T. Poston (77-76, 9-over)
Poston’s only missed cut of the season came all the way back at the Sony Open in January. In 16 previous starts in 2025, Poston had finished inside the top-25 six times. But this is his second MC.
Brian Harman (76-78, 10-over)
Since his win at the Valero Texas Open, Harman has finished better than T-46 once across six starts (T-3, RBC Heritage). But this is his first missed cut since his W in the Lone Star State.
Lucas Glover (78-77, 11-over)
Since contending at the THE PLAYERS Championship and Valero Texas Open (T-3 and T-8, respectively), Glover has now missed two cuts and hasn’t finished in the top-20 across six starts.
