He's one of the greatest to ever do it, and a master on clay, but my goodness—seeing tennis legend Rafa Nadal swing a golf club is like...kind of jarring.
The 22-time grand slam winner was recently cemented as the "King of Clay" ahead of the 2025 French Open and keeping on the celebration train, the Spaniard trekked around the Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass, with his very questionable backswing in tow.
No like we had to freeze frame that.
It looks more like a forehand motion than it does any sort of beginning of a golf swing, but beyond that...can we have a moment of silence for the inseam length of his shorts?!
And this is coming from a man who flirted with a sexy, yet tasteful length of short during his career. So it, begs the question...why is one of the best athletes in the world wearing the most aura-less knee-length shorts we've seen since like '08?
Rafa, in case you ever want a little refresh for your golf fits, especially now that you're retired—we got you covered on a few other golf short options to explore. Remember fellas...7-inch inseams are the move (or less if you're real).
I actually think a hint of his tennis swag with a crisp polo and pair of kicks would be a goated look for the G.O.A.T., just saying.
