The Best Moments of Team USA’s Presidents Cup Win Celebration (So Far)
A handful of beers and a purple nurple(!?). Here are the best moments from Team USA's celebration since they clinched the cup.
It always looked like a Team USA win, right? On Sunday, Brandt Snedeker’s squad showed an incredible amount of fight while needing eight of the available 12 points to win the Presidents Cup. But the Americans did even better than that. They earned 9½ during the singles session at Medinah and won their 11th straight battle against the Internationals.
The exclamation point? Jackson Koivun doing his best Tiger Woods impression all the way down the 18th on his way to taking down World No. 14 Si Woo Kim, the International Team’s best player.
As you’d expect, it didn’t take long for Team USA to start celebrating. Here are some of the best moments from when the drinks started to flow—or grape if you’re Wyndham Clark.
