How to Watch, The Field: Everything You Need to Know About the BMW Ladies Championship

The LPGA Tour has touched down in Korea after a whirlwind finish in Shanghai, with world No.1 Jeeno Thitikul pulling off a remarkable comeback. Four shots back, with five holes left in regulation, to win the whole thing by one stroke in a five-hole playoff? Textbook Hollywood drama.

The latest LPGA winner (and first repeat winner this season) isn't in the 78-player field this week, but a few notable names are like defending champion Hannah Green, Brooke Henderson, and headlining the field this week is world No.3 Minjee Lee.

Players will be teeing it up at a new venue, Pine Beach Golf Links, which is nicknamed Korea’s Pebble Beach. One Google image search will explain exactly why, because like the iconic links in California, this course has some breathtaking coastal views.

This is the sixth edition of the BMW Ladies Championship, and features a $2.3 million purse—a $100,000 increase over last year. The winner will take home $345,000.

The grouping comprised of Green, Lee (who won in 2023), and former Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings No. 1, Jin Young Ko, who won this event in 2021, is a great one to keep your eye on.
