If you have ever found yourself short-sided during a round of golf and thought, "I sure do wish my Vokey lob wedge had a bit more loft on it..." well, you're wish has been granted with Vokey's newest release from Wedge Works, a 64-degree T-Grind.

It also happens to come in a very classy Black Vapor Finish. And gear nerds and aesthetic-appreciators alike who must know more about this sleek coloring, Titleist used what is called a Titanium Carbide Vapor finish that is applied through a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) treatment. This helps to not only offer a unique finish that is smudge resistant, but it's also more durable than traditional coatings.
The Vokey T-Grind features the lowest effective bounce in the Vokey lineup and comes in at a minimal 4 degrees. Now, please keep in mind this is the effective bounce of the wedge based on camber and sole width and not the actual measured bounce.

The T-Grind also features aggressive heel, toe, and trailing edge relief to help keep the leading edge of the wedge close to the ground when the wedge face is opened. This low bounce is perfect for those with a shallow attack angle and for those golfers who tend to play in firm conditions, including more dense sand.
The ‘T’ is a very versatile sole" Vokey Wedge Rep Aaron Dill said. "It frees the golfer up to get under the ball easily when the turf feels firm or when they are short-sided. The last thing a player wants in those situations is a grind that doesn’t help them pull off difficult shots that require lots of loft and commitment.
The 64° T-Grind is available in right-hand only and is now on sale at vokey.com, for $275.
