The time has come to finally answer one of the biggest questions the golf equipment world has been asking: "When will Scotty Cameron make a zero-torque putter?".
We'll we've got your answer!
It's right now, like today. Although, to be fair, they won't be in stores until November 14th.

So, for those who want to be caught up quickly, the OC was a Fox drama series that ran from 2003-2007, with the main storylines revolving around a group of mostly well-to-do high school kids living in Orange County, California. It was must-watch TV in the era before streaming.
Opps, sorry about that, wrong OC.
The OC Scotty Cameron is referring to with their newest putters is Onset Center, which references the shaft orientation in the head back from the face to minimize torque.

Let's make this very clear. This isn't about reinventing the wheel and changing the entire direction of Scotty Cameron putters, but instead is about expanding the number of hosel configurations to better fit different players' strokes and alignment preferences.
“In the last few years, we’ve seen a growing number of golfers who want to minimize the feel of face rotation in the stroke via putter setup,” said Austie Rollinson, Scotty Cameron’s Senior Director of Putter R&D. “And as a designer, what excites me most about OC is that it gives golfers options. We now have an entirely new configuration for golfers who want to feel a square, straight-back-and-through path.”
Besides the shaft orientation, the putters have been designed to include many of the other tour-proven Scotty Cameron putter features, like the chainlink face milling pattern, along with a specially selected shaft and grip combination to maximize feel and stability.
The reason stability and feel are so important is because the new OC models have head weights that are 15 grams heavier than their standard hosel configuration counterparts.
“When we went to work on low-torque designs, as with all products, we started with tour player feedback,” Rollinson said. “It became clear that low-torque putters often come at the cost of feel, so we designed our OC models to minimize face rotation while maintaining responsiveness and feedback.”
Models: Phantom 11R OC (RH & LH) and Studio Style Fastback (OC)
Available lengths: 33, 34, 35 inches
Loft: 3.5 degrees
Stock Lie angle: 70 degrees
Shaft lean: 1 degree

This is where things get interesting because, unlike several other companies that offer zero torque style putters, the shaft-to-head configuration of the OC putters makes it possible to adjust loft and lie by +- 1°. This makes custom tuning a putter after the fact a whole lot easier without any negative impact on the low torque orientation.
As for the nitty gritty, as mentioned, the new Scotty Cameron OC putter will be in stores starting on November 14th and with come with a pricetag of $550.
